Added original author credit. Using user name of person who uploaded dashboard to grafana labs.

Could only get dashboard to work if it was manually imported to grafana. These changes (more or less copied from the node-exporter-full dashboard https://grafana.com/grafana/dashboards/1860-node-exporter-full/) eliminate the need for manual import and allows the dashboard to automatically work after being mounted into grafana container.
