Fix dashboard so it detects prometheus datasource automatically
Could only get dashboard to work if it was manually imported to grafana. These changes (more or less copied from the node-exporter-full dashboard https://grafana.com/grafana/dashboards/1860-node-exporter-full/) eliminate the need for manual import and allows the dashboard to automatically work after being mounted into grafana container.
